  Delivery:

  We deliver nationwide. Customers have 30 days from when an item arrives to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging.

  6 Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty (Excludes Consumable Items*). Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, maintenance or parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited.

  Warranty invalid if EBOX modified or upgraded in any way. This includes but not exclusive to:

  -Disconnecting brake switches
  -Bypassing BMS
  -Battery voltage changes or battery changes
  -Motor/controller changes
  -Other electrical modifications
  -Mechanical hardware changes suspension etc.

  Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the following wear and tear parts unless there is a factory defect:
