Returns Policy
At Garland Powersports, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
This page explains return eligibility, refunds, warranty support, faulty items and how claims are handled for electric bikes, petrol bikes, parts and accessories.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, missing parts or missing packaging.
Used Bikes & New Bike Replacements
Customers cannot return a used bike in exchange for a new bike once the bike has been used or ridden.
If a fault develops after use, the issue will be handled through the relevant warranty process. In most cases this means diagnosing the fault remotely and supplying the correct replacement part where a valid warranty fault is confirmed.
Used bikes are not accepted back for exchange or replacement simply because a fault has appeared. Warranty support is provided through parts, guidance and manufacturer-backed support where applicable.
Warranty & Fault Policy
Electric bikes, balance bikes and off-road electric bikes are supplied with manufacturer warranties which are typically parts-only warranties.
If a fault occurs during the warranty period, replacement parts are normally supplied to resolve the issue. Warranty claims are diagnosed using photos, videos and information provided by the customer.
Electric Bike Warranty
Most electric bikes supplied by Garland Powersports include a manufacturer warranty of approximately 6 months. These warranties are generally parts-only warranties, meaning replacement parts are supplied where a valid warranty fault is confirmed.
Petrol Bike Warranty
Petrol pit bikes and similar petrol-powered products generally include a 30-day warranty period against manufacturing defects.
Labour & Repairs
Labour costs are not covered under manufacturer warranties.
Garland Powersports does not operate an in-house repair workshop and does not accept used bikes back for repair work, regardless of fault.
Warranty support is provided through replacement parts, manufacturer guidance and diagnostic assistance where applicable.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Garland Powersports, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, clear photos of the product and a short description of the issue.
We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights where applicable.
Faults After Use
If a fault develops after the bike or product has been used, this is normally handled as a warranty issue rather than a return.
Warranty claims usually require photos, videos, proof of purchase, chassis number or frame number where applicable, and a clear explanation of the fault.
Where a valid warranty fault is confirmed, replacement parts will normally be supplied.
Submit Warranty FormRefunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Klarna Orders
If you paid using Klarna, Klarna will update your payment schedule once the return has been processed.
Any Klarna payment updates are managed by Klarna after the refund is processed through the original order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used bikes or products that have been ridden
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned with missing parts, manuals, chargers, keys or accessories
- Special order items
- Products customised or assembled specifically for the customer
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, incorrect assembly or lack of maintenance
