How Warranty Claims Work
1. Submit the warranty form
Complete the warranty form with as much detail as possible. Clear information helps avoid delays.
2. We review the details
The information will be reviewed and, where required, passed to the relevant manufacturer, supplier or warranty team.
3. Remote diagnosis
In most cases, faults are diagnosed remotely using the photos, videos and information provided.
4. Replacement part supplied where applicable
If a part is confirmed as faulty under warranty, the correct replacement part will usually be supplied.
How Warranty Support Is Provided
Most electric bikes sold by Garland Powersports are supplied with manufacturer-backed warranties which are typically parts-only warranties.
If a warranty fault is confirmed, the normal resolution is the supply of replacement parts together with manufacturer guidance and diagnostic support where required.
Used bikes cannot normally be returned in exchange for a new bike simply because a fault develops. Repair, replacement or other remedies will depend on the nature of the fault and the applicable consumer rights and warranty terms.
Labour & Repairs
Labour costs are not normally covered under manufacturer warranties.
Garland Powersports does not operate an in-house repair workshop. In the vast majority of cases, warranty issues are resolved through remote diagnosis and the supply of replacement parts where applicable.
If further inspection or a different remedy is required, customers will be advised of the appropriate next steps.
Electric Bike Warranty
Most electric balance bikes and electric off-road bikes include a manufacturer warranty of approximately 6 months, depending on brand and product.
Petrol Bike Warranty
Petrol pit bikes and similar petrol-powered products generally include a 30-day warranty period against manufacturing defects.
Our Commitment
While warranty terms vary between manufacturers, we always aim to look after customers wherever possible and are happy to provide advice, troubleshooting assistance and goodwill support where appropriate.
Our goal is always to help get riders back up and running as quickly as possible.
What Is Usually Covered?
Warranty normally covers manufacturing faults or component failures within the warranty period, depending on the brand and product purchased.
Warranty does not usually cover:
- General wear and tear
- Crash damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Water damage
- Incorrect assembly
- Lack of maintenance
- Modifications or non-standard parts
- Damage caused by continued use after a fault appears
Purchased Within 6 Months?
If your electric bike was purchased within the last 6 months, it may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty depending on the brand and product.
For petrol pit bikes, warranty is generally 30 days against manufacturing defects.
Please submit the warranty form so the issue can be checked properly. Warranty claims cannot normally be processed without proof of purchase, clear photos and videos of the fault.
Battery & Charging Issues
If your issue relates to a battery not charging, a charger light changing colour, or the bike not running, please include a clear video showing:
- The charger plugged in
- The charger light colour
- The battery connection
- What happens when the bike is switched on
- Any display, throttle or power response
This helps identify whether the issue may relate to the battery, charger, controller, wiring or another component.
Brand Warranty Notes
Revvi warranty support
Revvi warranty issues are usually handled with proof of purchase, photos or videos of the fault and details of the issue. Replacement parts may be supplied where a valid warranty fault is confirmed.
Amped warranty support
Amped warranty issues may require basic diagnostic checks, such as checking battery voltage, inspecting connectors and confirming the chassis or frame number.
EBOX and larger bike support
Larger electric bikes may require more detailed photos, videos and diagnostic information due to the higher-performance components fitted.
Petrol pit bike support
Petrol pit bikes generally include a shorter warranty period and may require clear photos, videos and details of the issue before support can be reviewed.
Important Warranty Note
Warranty claims cannot normally be processed properly without clear images, videos and proof of purchase.
Submitting complete information first time helps us get the issue reviewed faster and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth messages.
Warranty support is designed to diagnose the fault and supply the correct replacement parts where applicable. Repair, replacement or other remedies will depend on the nature of the fault and your applicable rights.
