  The Revvi 20" sits at the heart of the Revvi range — more powerful than the 18", built for older and more experienced riders, and packed with the same full-suspension, hydraulic-braked DNA that makes Revvi bikes stand out. Designed for riders aged 10+, it delivers 22mph of top-end performance in a 22.5kg package that's still light enough to handle with confidence. If your rider has outgrown the 18" or is stepping into the Revvi range for the first time at 10+, this is where they belong.

   

  Three Speed Settings. Real Room to Grow.

  The Revvi 20" gives riders a clear progression path through three speed modes:

  • Slow — 10 mph — confident, controlled riding for those finding their feet
  • Medium — 16 mph — the natural next step as skills and confidence develop
  • Fast — 22 mph — full 800W performance for experienced, capable riders

  The full twist throttle with integrated battery level display keeps control intuitive, while alloy adjustable-reach brake levers are designed to suit a range of hand sizes comfortably.

  Speeds may vary depending on riding conditions and rider weight.

   

  Full Suspension. More Travel, More Capability.

  The Revvi 20" steps up the suspension over the 18" with increased front fork travel, making it more capable on demanding terrain:

  • Front — Suspension forks with 100mm of travel
  • Rear — Air shock at 140psi with 30mm of travel

  Together with aggressive knobbly 20" tyres on spoked rims, the Revvi 20" handles everything from grass and gravel to dirt tracks and off-road trails with composure. The aluminium alloy frame with swingarm keeps the whole package rigid and responsive without adding unnecessary weight.

   

  Hydraulic Disc Brakes — Front and Rear

  At speeds up to 22mph, reliable braking is non-negotiable. Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear deliver strong, consistent stopping power in all conditions the bike is designed for — giving riders the control to push harder and parents confidence in the safety of the setup.

   

  Extended Battery Life

  The removable 36V 7.5Ah lithium battery is a step up from the 18" and reflects the demands of older, more active riders. Charge time is 2 hours 30 minutes, with the following approximate ride times by speed setting:

  • Slow — approx. 90 minutes
  • Medium — approx. 60 minutes
  • Fast — approx. 35 minutes

   

  Is the Revvi 20" Right for Your Rider?

  Designed for riders aged 10+, with an adjustable seat height of 68.5–86.5cm and a maximum rider weight of 65kg. The wide seat height range suits a broad spread of riders in this age group. Suitability always depends on the individual child's height, weight and skill level — at the parent's discretion.

   

  What's in the Box

  The Revvi 20" arrives semi-assembled — the front wheel, number board and handlebars require fitting (throttle and brake lever are pre-fitted to the bars). Each bike includes a UK charger, owner's manual and tool kit.

  Assembly requires a mechanically capable adult. Please ensure all bolts and components are correctly tightened and lubricated before first use.

  You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  Revvi Warranty — Please Read

  We recommend keeping your original box and packaging throughout the 6-month warranty period, in case the bike needs to be returned to us.

  1. The manufacturer (Revvi) warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets and cables, nor does it cover any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use.
  3. This warranty will be void if the product is used for any purpose other than recreation and personal transportation, modified in any way, or used in wet conditions.
  4. This is a parts only warranty and does not include labour. If the bike requires repair by us, it must be returned to us at the customer's own cost.
  5. For customers outside the UK and Ireland — warranty parts can still be supplied, however postage costs will be at the customer's expense. Postage for warranty parts is covered by us for UK and Ireland addresses only.
