Our Warehouse & Dispatch Process
Garland Powersports is an online-only UK powersports specialist. Most bikes are stored boxed in UK warehousing and dispatched using suitable couriers for fast, secure delivery.
This page explains how our stock, dispatch and delivery process works, especially for electric bikes, pit bikes and larger off-road machines.

UK Warehousing & Stock Holding
Garland Powersports operates as an online-only specialist retailer rather than a traditional walk-in showroom.
This allows us to focus on carefully selected products, UK stock availability, fast dispatch, competitive pricing and proper customer support.
Most bikes are stored boxed in secure UK warehousing and are dispatched directly to customers once an order is placed.
Our Dispatch Process
Once your order is placed, it moves through a simple dispatch process. Larger bike orders may require allocation, courier booking and warehouse collection before the tracking becomes active.
1. Order Received
Your order is confirmed and the details are checked.
2. Stock Allocated
The product is allocated from available UK stock or our supplier warehouse network.
3. Courier Booked
The shipment is booked with a suitable courier for the item size and weight.
4. Tracking Sent
Tracking is issued once available and the order enters the courier network.
Bike Orders
Electric bikes, pit bikes and larger off-road machines are normally delivered boxed for safe transport.
Most bikes arrive approximately 85–90% assembled, with some final setup required depending on the model. This can include fitting handlebars, front wheel, number plate, mudguards or other finishing parts.
We recommend checking all bolts, brakes, wheels, tyres, controls and safety-critical parts before the first ride.
Parts, Accessories & Smaller Orders
Smaller items such as parts, chargers, batteries, riding gear and accessories may be dispatched separately from bikes depending on stock location and courier suitability.
If your order contains multiple items, it is normal for some products to occasionally arrive separately.
Why We Are Online-Only
We are not a high-street toy shop or a general bicycle store. Garland Powersports is built around specialist youth powersports products, including kids electric bikes, pit bikes, quads and off-road machines.
Operating online-only helps us keep the business focused on product knowledge, stock movement, fast UK dispatch and support, rather than running a traditional showroom.
Can I Collect a Bike?
Unfortunately, customer collection is not available. Our bikes are stored boxed in warehousing so they can be dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This setup allows us to keep stock secure, organised and ready for fast UK courier delivery rather than operating as a walk-in showroom or collection point.
If you place an order online, your bike will be allocated, booked for dispatch and sent using a suitable courier service.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking information is normally sent once the order has been dispatched and the courier details are available.
Some tracking links do not show movement straight away. This is usually because the parcel has not yet received its first scan within the courier network.
