At Garland Powersports, we specialise in electric bikes, pit bikes, youth off-road bikes, parts and accessories. Most orders are dispatched quickly from UK warehousing with tracking provided once available.
This page explains how our delivery process works, what to expect from bike deliveries and answers the most common shipping questions.

UK Delivery
Most orders are dispatched from UK warehousing using trusted courier services. Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, stock location and courier service used.
Where available, estimated delivery dates are displayed throughout the checkout process to help customers understand expected delivery times before placing an order.

Bike Deliveries
Most electric bikes and pit bikes are delivered boxed for safe transport.
Bikes generally arrive approximately 85–90% assembled, with some final setup required depending on the model. Tools are included for this. This may include fitting handlebars, front wheel, number plate, mudguards or other minor components.
Many bikes include basic tools, although we always recommend carrying out a full safety check before the first ride.
Larger bike deliveries may require an adult to be available to receive the shipment.
Many bike orders are delivered using trusted UK courier networks such as APC Overnight, depending on the product, size and delivery location.
Parts & Accessories Deliveries
Parts, batteries, chargers, riding gear and accessories may be dispatched separately from bike orders depending on stock location and courier requirements.
If your order contains multiple items, it is normal for products to occasionally arrive in separate deliveries.
Smaller parcels are often delivered faster than larger bike shipments.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is normally sent once the courier has received the shipment details.
If your tracking link does not immediately show updates, this is usually because the parcel has not yet received its first scan within the courier network.
Tracking emails can occasionally arrive separately from order confirmation emails.

Occasionally products may be sold on a pre-order or incoming stock basis.
Estimated arrival dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to supplier delays, shipping schedules, customs clearance or courier issues outside our control.
If there are significant changes to expected delivery dates, customers will be updated as soon as information becomes available.
Bank Holidays & Seasonal Periods
Delivery networks often operate differently during bank holidays and peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Additional transit time may be required during these periods and courier networks may experience higher-than-normal volumes.
Missed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive deliveries where required.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may reattempt delivery, leave collection instructions or return the parcel to their depot.
Additional delivery charges may apply if goods are returned and need to be resent.
Collections
Garland Powersports operates as an online-only retailer.
Unfortunately, customer collection is not available. Bikes are stored boxed in warehousing so they can be dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout the UK.
This setup allows us to keep stock secure, organised and ready for fast UK courier delivery rather than operating as a walk-in showroom or collection point.
