The main difference: manageable youth bike vs full-size progression bike
The Revvi 20 is not merely a slower Revvi 24. Its lower weight, smaller wheels and more compact proportions make it less intimidating and easier to control for many children moving up through the Revvi range.
The Revvi 24 moves closer to a serious off-road progression machine. Its 24-inch wheels, 48V platform, full suspension and hydraulic braking give a taller rider more stability, capability and room to develop—but they also make the bike heavier and more demanding.

Its 800W, 36V system and speed settings up to 22mph give older children a meaningful step up without jumping straight to the size and output of the flagship model.

The 1000W nominal, 1500W peak 48V platform reaches up to 30mph. Acceleration, speed and the overall scale of the bike represent a substantial jump—not a small upgrade.
