Revvi 350w Brushless Upgrade Kit - 16" / 16" Plus

• Description

  This kit includes a 350w brushless motor, High output 24v 5.0ah battery, mounting bracket, control unit rated to the motor, upgraded chain and rear sprocket/freewheel. The parts are a direct fit to the Revvi 16" and 16" plus bikes - select bike size. The kit increases the acceleration, torque and top speed of the bike.

  Supplied with 2 x sprocket options for you to choose from:

  10T Front - 16T Rear (More top speed) - Approx top speed 19 mph

  9T Front - 20T Rear (More acceleration) - Approx top speed 15 mph

  This kit is for 3 speed bikes, If your bike has a 2 speed switch you will need to order and fit a 3 speed switch.

  Important Battery Warning:

  The RED high output battery supplied should only be used with the 350w kit and not with any other Revvi bikes/motors. Normal Black batteries should not be used with this 350w kit.
  

  
  

  Please note / Warnings:

  • Special tools will be required to remove the freewheel from your wheel to change the sprocket! You can remove it using a vice and punch or a freewheel removal tool.
  • This kit should be fitted by a qualified mechanic/technician, Video instructions attached.
  • This will make the bike significantly faster with a lot more acceleration. Please make sure the riders ability matches the performance upgrade before use.
  • We do not recommend using this kit with a drum brake, Disc brakes are recommended.
