    Revvi 16” Plus Hydraulic Rear Brake Upgrade Kit

    Upgrade your Revvi 16” Plus with a hydraulic rear brake system for improved braking performance, smoother feel, and better control.

    This kit replaces the standard braking setup with a hydraulic system, making it ideal for higher performance bikes or riders looking for more responsive braking.

    Compatibility:
    Fits Revvi 16” Plus models and compatible 16” bikes with a brake upgrade setup.

    Installation notes:
    The brake hose is supplied disconnected at one end to allow routing through the frame.

    After installation, the system may require mineral oil brake fluid to be added and bled if the lever feels soft.

    Tools required:
    1.5mm Allen key
    4mm Allen key
    5mm Allen key
    6mm Allen key
    8mm spanner

    Our Revvi spare parts are held in UK warehousing and we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.

    At checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available delivery services, including Standard and Express shipping, depending on how quickly you need your order.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

    Returns

    If you've ordered the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:


    • Complete with all original packaging

    • Unused and unmodified

    • In a clean, resalable condition

    Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

    For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on electrical items (including batteries, chargers, controllers, displays, motors and wiring components) unless the item is found to be faulty upon delivery.
