    Performance Upgrade

    This kit delivers a noticeable increase in:

    • Acceleration
    • Torque (pulling power)
    • Top speed

    Perfect for riders who have outgrown the standard setup and want more performance.

    Sprocket Options

    You can choose between two gearing setups:

    • 10T Front / 16T Rear – Higher top speed (approx. 19mph)
    • 9T Front / 20T Rear – More acceleration (approx. 15mph)

    Choose based on whether you want more speed or quicker acceleration.

    Important Compatibility Information

    This kit is designed for Revvi 16” and 16 Plus bikes only.

    • ✔ Fits Revvi 16" and 16 Plus models
    • ✖ Not suitable for Revvi 12"
    • ✖ Not compatible with standard batteries

    Battery Warning (VERY IMPORTANT)

    The RED high-output battery included in this kit must ONLY be used with this 350W setup.

    • ✖ Do NOT use standard black Revvi batteries with this kit
    • ✖ Do NOT use this battery on standard bikes

    Incorrect use can damage components.

    Speed Switch Requirement

    This kit is designed for bikes with a 3-speed switch.

    If your bike currently has a 2-speed switch, you will need to upgrade to a 3-speed switch for correct operation.

    Installation Information

    • Requires mechanical knowledge to install
    • Rear sprocket/freewheel removal required
    • Special tools may be needed

    We recommend professional installation if you are unsure.

    Our Revvi spare parts are held in UK warehousing and we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.

    At checkout, you'll be able to choose from the available delivery services, including Standard and Express shipping, depending on how quickly you need your order.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

    Returns

    If you've ordered the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:


    • Complete with all original packaging

    • Unused and unmodified

    • In a clean, resalable condition

    Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
