My View: Match the Bike to the Rider, Not the Budget
As a racer, I naturally value suspension, brakes and controllable power. That is why the A20 Comp is my overall performance pick—but it is not automatically the right bike for every child.
A rider still developing throttle control may progress faster and more safely on a Revvi 18, Revvi 20 or A20 Pro. The A20 Comp and Revvi 20 Plus make more sense when size and experience justify the step up. The 10TEN MX-E and especially the 45mph Dragster 60 belong in a separate, more experienced category.
The best long-term value comes from buying the bike the rider can control confidently now, with enough room to progress.
