Revvi 20 Seat Height & Rider Size Guide
The standard Revvi 20 is the largest conventional bike in the core Revvi progression range. With an adjustable seat height of approximately 68.5–86.5cm, a 36V 800W motor, 20-inch wheels, full suspension and hydraulic brakes, it is designed for older, taller and more confident riders who have genuinely outgrown the Revvi 18.
Buying for a regular older rider? Revvi 20 bundles combine the bike with riding gear or a genuine spare battery for longer sessions.
Compare Revvi 20 BundlesHow tall is the Revvi 20 seat?
The Revvi 20 seat adjusts from approximately 68.5cm at its lowest position to 86.5cm at its highest. It is generally best suited to confident riders around 140–165cm tall and approximately 10–14 years old.
Measure vertically from level ground to the saddle
The published 68.5–86.5cm range is measured vertically from level ground to the top of the saddle. Start at a lower setting while the rider becomes familiar with the bike, then raise it gradually as their height increases.
The wide adjustment range creates useful growing room, but the Revvi 20 should still fit the rider now—not simply be bought as a bike to grow into.
Revvi 20 sizing specifications
The Revvi 20 adds more physical room, battery capacity and performance than the Revvi 18 while remaining substantially more manageable than the 20 Plus.

| Bike weight | Approx. 23kg | The rider should comfortably support and manoeuvre the bike. |
| Maximum rider weight | Approx. 65kg | Suitable for larger youth riders within the stated limit. |

The adjustable range does not make it a small-rider bike
Even at its lowest seat position, the Revvi 20 is a large 23kg electric bike with 20-inch wheels and an 800W motor.
The rider should be physically ready for the complete bike, not merely able to touch the ground at the lowest saddle setting.
Who is the Revvi 20 best suited to?
The ideal Revvi 20 rider is older, taller and already confident with throttle control, hydraulic braking and a heavier electric bike.
Physical fit
The rider should reach the ground and controls naturally without stretching.
Previous experience
They should already understand controlled acceleration, braking and off-road balance.
Strength
They should comfortably support, turn and manoeuvre an approximately 23kg bike.
Choose the Revvi 20 when:
- The rider is approximately 140–165cm tall
- They have genuinely outgrown the Revvi 18
- They need more room, battery capacity and stability
- They already control a throttle and hydraulic brakes confidently
- The 20 Plus would be unnecessarily powerful or expensive
- You want the best all-round large Revvi rather than maximum performance
Avoid the Revvi 20 when:
- The rider is still learning basic balance or throttle control
- They cannot reach the ground securely
- The 23kg bike feels physically intimidating
- The Revvi 18 already provides enough room and performance
- They are highly experienced and already need the 20 Plus
- The bike is being chosen mainly for future growth
How to measure your child for a Revvi 20
Measure with the rider's normal footwear on a flat floor.
Stand naturally
Ask the rider to stand against a wall with their feet slightly apart.
Use a book
Place a book between the legs and raise it gently to simulate a saddle.
Measure downward
Measure vertically from the top of the book to level ground.
Inside leg is only one part of the decision
Saddle width, suspension sag, footwear and riding posture all affect real-world reach.
Strength and confidence matter just as much on a larger bike. The rider should be able to stabilise it, brake confidently and move it around without adult help.

Our recommendation
Choose the Revvi 18 when control and manageable sizing still matter more than maximum room.
Choose the standard Revvi 20 for the strongest all-round blend of size, power, battery capacity and usability.
Choose the Revvi 20 Plus only when the rider is genuinely experienced and ready for considerably more performance.
Complete the Revvi 20 with the right bundle
The Revvi 20 is normally bought for a regular older rider, making both proper protective equipment and spare battery capacity especially useful.
Revvi 20 + Riding Gear Bundle
Best for: riders who still need a complete protective setup.
- Revvi 20 800W electric bike
- Revvi full-face helmet
- Revvi riding jersey
- Revvi long-finger riding gloves
- A saving compared with purchasing the items separately
This is the easiest route when the rider does not already own suitable kit.
Revvi 20 + Genuine Spare Battery Bundle
Best for: longer sessions, regular use and weekends away.
- The bike's standard 36V 7.5Ah battery remains included
- A genuine compatible spare battery is supplied as well
- Swap batteries instead of ending the session to recharge
- Ideal for tracks, paddocks, fields and riding trips
- Often better value than adding a spare battery later
For a keen rider who already owns gear, this is the Revvi 20 package we would push hardest.
Which Revvi 20 bundle should you choose?
Choose the riding gear bundle when the rider still needs a helmet, jersey and gloves.
Choose the extended ride-time bundle when protective kit is already covered. Two batteries make a major practical difference on a bike likely to be ridden regularly.
My view on Revvi 20 sizing
My take as a British motocross rider
The standard Revvi 20 is the bike I would recommend to most older riders who have genuinely outgrown the Revvi 18. It gives them more room, stronger performance and a bigger battery without immediately jumping to the weight and aggression of the 20 Plus.
The important thing is not to buy it too early. A rider who properly controls the Revvi 18 will progress better than a smaller child trying to manage a Revvi 20 mainly because it offers more growing room.
