  The Amped A20 Pro is the high-performance upgrade from the standard Amped A20. It is built for confident riders who want more speed, stronger braking, better suspension and a much more serious off-road feel.

  With an 800W motor, hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable suspension, a 36V 10Ah battery and up to 28mph performance, the A20 Pro sits in the sweet spot between lightweight kids electric bikes and more expensive full e-moto style machines.

  The Amped A20 Pro is where the Amped balance bike range starts becoming genuinely capable off-road.

  The combination of 800W power, hydraulic brakes and proper suspension gives it a much more serious feel than a standard starter bike.

  The key sizing point is confidence and height. If the rider is around 125–150cm tall and already confident, the A20 Pro is a brilliant step. If they are closer to 120cm or still building confidence, the standard Amped A20 may be the steadier option.

• Delivery & Returns

  Delivery & Returns — Amped Bikes

  Delivery

  All Amped bikes are delivered boxed and semi-assembled. In most cases the front wheel, number board and handlebars will need to be fitted — all throttle and brake controls come pre-fitted to the handlebars. Each bike includes a UK charger, owner's manual and tool kit.

  Please ensure all bolts and components are correctly tightened and lubricated before first use. Full assembly instructions are provided in the owner's manual included with every bike.

  Returns

  You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return a purchase. All items must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging.

  To arrange a return please Contact Us and we will guide you through the process.

  Warranty

  All Amped bikes come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects on all major parts.

  We recommend keeping your original box and packaging throughout the warranty period in case the bike needs to be returned to us.

  What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects on all major parts for 6 months from the date of purchase

  What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear parts including bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets and cables
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to tighten and lubricate components correctly
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, storage or use
  • Labour costs — this is a parts only warranty

  Please note: If a warranty repair is required and the bike needs to be returned to us, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty parts postage is covered to UK and Ireland addresses only. Customers outside of the UK and Ireland will be liable for the cost of postage on any parts supplied under warranty.

  The warranty will be void if the bike is:

  • Used in wet conditions
  • Modified in any way
  • Used for anything other than recreational riding

Spare parts can be difficult to source, so please take care during assembly and ensure all bolts and components are correctly tightened and lubricated before every ride. If you are unsure, please seek the help of a qualified mechanic.
