  • Description

The Arai MX-V EVO motocross helmet is designed for motocross, enduro and off-road riding. Evolved from the MX-V and the earlier VX-3, it combines Arai’s competition experience with a composite shell, effective ventilation and a fully replaceable interior.

The PB-cLc² outer shell uses special Z-compound resins and is paired with a lightweight inner liner. With ECE R22.06 approval, an adjustable off-road peak and a Dry-Cool® comfort lining, the MX-V EVO brings together protection, fit and practical features for regular riding.

    Key features

    • PB-cLc² composite shell with special Z-compound resins.
    • R75 shell profile with a smooth, rounded shape.
    • ECE R22.06 approval.
    • Adjustable off-road peak with airflow and relief openings.
    • Under-peak intakes, top ventilation and rear diffusers.
    • Goggle-strap guidance around the eye opening.
    • Dry-Cool® removable and washable comfort lining.
    • Facial Contour System with 5 mm peel-away cheek and temple pads.
    • Emergency Release System for cheek-pad removal.
    • Replaceable lining, cheek pads, neck roll and chinstrap covers.

    PB-cLc² shell construction

Arai’s Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction combines Super Fibre laminates with reinforcement above the eye opening. Special Z-compound resins improve the bond between materials while allowing less resin to be used.

The shell follows Arai’s R75 design philosophy: a smooth, rounded profile without exaggerated edges or protrusions, intended to maintain shell integrity and encourage glancing-off during an impact.

    Off-road peak and goggle fit

The adjustable peak helps shield against sun glare and roosted mud and stones. Its shape channels air towards the front ventilation ports, while relief openings help reduce lift.

Side trims around the goggle opening help keep the strap positioned during riding. Check the fit with your chosen goggles, as frame shape and clearance vary between models.

    Ventilation and easy cleaning

Under-peak air intakes direct cooling air towards the forehead. A centre top vent, rear diffusers and side exhausts help circulate air through the helmet, while an internal chin-vent shutter provides additional airflow control.

The rear diffusers can be removed for cleaning and replacement. The mouth vent uses a removable stainless-steel grille, making it easier to clear away dirt after muddy rides.

    Dry-Cool® interior and fit adjustment

The Dry-Cool® lining helps transfer heat and moisture away from the rider. Arai’s Facial Contour System shapes the cheek-pad fit around the face, with 5 mm peel-away layers at the cheeks and temples for fine adjustment.

The comfort lining, cheek pads, neck roll and chinstrap covers can be removed for cleaning, maintenance or replacement. Follow Arai’s instructions when removing and refitting interior components.

    Size guide

Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Use the measurements below as a starting guide, then check the fit carefully before riding. Available sizes are shown in the product’s size selector.

    Size Head circumference
    XS 53–54 cm
    S 55–56 cm
    M 57–58 cm
    L 59–60 cm
    XL 61–62 cm

The helmet should feel snug and stay secure with the retention system correctly fastened. Try it with your goggles and choose the correct size before making any peel-away pad adjustments.

Revvi full-face helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
XS, Extra Small48 to 50cm
S, Small51 to 54cm
M, Medium55 to 58cm
L, Large59 to 61cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Between sizes? Do not automatically choose a larger helmet for growing room. A helmet must fit securely now. If the rider falls between sizes, check the fit carefully before use.

Amped AMP-1 helmet sizes

How to measure

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head. The tape should pass above the eyebrows and ears and around the fullest part at the back of the head.

SizeHead circumference
M, Medium54 to 58cm
L, Large58 to 62cm

Always choose by the rider's actual head measurement, not by age. Head shape can also affect how a helmet fits.

Measuring exactly 58cm? That falls in both sizes. Fit varies with head shape, so check the measurement and that the helmet sits securely before use. Do not choose a loose helmet to allow growing room.

Revvi riding jersey sizes

Choosing a size

The Revvi Kids Riding Jersey comes in dedicated sizes for younger children and growing youth riders. Select the size before adding it to your basket.

SizeAge guide
Age 2About 2 years
Age 3About 3 years
Age 4About 4 years
Age 5About 5 years
YS, Youth SmallAges 6 to 7
YM, Youth MediumAges 8 to 9
YL, Youth LargeAges 10 to 11

Ages are a guide only. Consider the child's height, build and preferred fit too.

Between sizes? If the rider is between sizes, still growing or likely to wear a base layer underneath, the larger size may be more comfortable.

Kids riding jersey sizes

How to measure

Compare these with a jersey or long-sleeve top that already fits the rider well. Chest width is measured across the front with the jersey laid flat, so it is half the full chest.

SizeAge guideHalf chestLength
2 to 3Ages 2 to 331cm49cm
3 to 4Ages 3 to 433cm51cm
4 to 5Ages 4 to 535cm53cm

YS, Youth SmallAges 7 to 941cm59cm
YM, Youth MediumAges 9 to 1145cm63cm
YL, Youth LargeAges 11 to 1449cm67cm

Ages are a guide only. The chest width and body length are the best way to choose.

Riding glove sizes

How to measure

Palm: straight across the widest part of the palm, not including the thumb.
Length: from the base of the wrist to the tip of the longest finger.

SizeAge guidePalm widthHand length
2 to 3Ages 2 to 36.5cm11.5cm
4 to 5Ages 4 to 57cm12cm
6 to 7Ages 6 to 77.5cm12.5cm
YS, Youth SmallYouth Small8cm13.5cm
YM, Youth MediumYouth Medium8.5cm14cm

Use the measurements rather than age alone. Hand shapes vary, so check both wherever possible. Once fitted, make sure the rider can comfortably use the throttle, brakes and every handlebar control.

Between sizes? The larger size usually gives a more comfortable fit and a little growing room, but the glove must not get in the way of safe control of the bike.
