The SX-E500 gives parents full control with three clearly defined riding modes:
- Eco — 9.5 mph — controlled and confidence-building
- Low — 13.5 mph — the natural next step as skills develop
- Sport — 18.5 mph — full performance for capable riders
A twist grip throttle keeps control simple and intuitive, while the safety lanyard power-off and power lock cover provide additional peace of mind.

The 36V brushless motor with sine wave controller delivers smooth, predictable power — removing harsh acceleration and making the bike easier to control.
With 500W peak output, the SX-E500 has the performance to grow with your rider as confidence and ability increase.
Suspension, Tyres and Braking
Full dual suspension gives the SX-E500 genuine off-road capability, helping absorb bumps and uneven terrain across grass, trails and mixed surfaces.
Hydraulic 140mm disc brakes front and rear provide strong, progressive stopping power — a major upgrade in both safety and control.
Wide 14 x 2.4 inch all-terrain tyres deliver excellent grip across dirt, mud and loose surfaces.
Swappable Battery. More Riding, Less Waiting.
The removable 36V 5.2Ah lithium battery delivers up to 11 miles or around 75 minutes of ride time.
Charging takes approximately 2–3 hours, and the swappable design allows extended riding sessions with a spare battery.

Designed for riders aged 4–8 (approximately 100–120cm tall), with a maximum rider weight of 50kg.
At 18kg, the bike offers a stable and planted feel while still being manageable for younger riders stepping up.
Suitability always depends on the individual child’s height, weight and skill level — at the parent’s discretion.
What's in the Box
The SX-E500 arrives semi-assembled — the front wheel, number board and handlebars require fitting, while the throttle and brake controls come pre-fitted to the bars.
Each bike includes a UK charger, owner’s manual and tool kit.
Assembly requires a mechanically capable adult. Please ensure all bolts and components are correctly tightened and lubricated before first use.
