Description
10TEN JHL MK110 14/12 Pit Bike
The 10TEN JHL MK110 14/12 combines an easy-to-use semi-automatic engine with a noticeably larger pit-bike chassis.
With 14/12-inch wheels, a 750mm seat height, inverted front suspension and a four-speed semi-automatic gearbox, it is designed for riders who need more room but are not yet ready to move to a manual clutch.
Power comes from the HS110 four-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum of 7 hp. The rider selects each gear using the foot-operated gear lever, while the automatic clutch removes the need for a conventional clutch lever.
110cc Four-Stroke
The HS110 four-stroke engine produces a claimed maximum of 7 hp for off-road use.
Semi-Automatic Gears
Four foot-operated gears allow the rider to learn gear selection without using a manual clutch lever.
Larger 14/12 Chassis
A 750mm seat height and 1130mm wheelbase provide considerably more room than the smaller SK models.
Inverted Front Forks
Substantial 43/45mm inverted forks give the MK110 an upgraded front suspension setup.
Learn Gears Without a Manual Clutch
The MK110 uses a four-speed semi-automatic transmission. The rider changes gear using the conventional foot-operated gear lever, but there is no manual clutch lever to coordinate.
This gives developing riders the opportunity to learn gear selection, throttle control and braking without having to master clutch control at the same time.
The larger chassis makes the MK110 particularly useful for riders who have physically outgrown a small automatic or 12/10 pit bike but would still benefit from a straightforward semi-automatic setup.
HS110 Four-Stroke Engine
Power comes from the HS110 four-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum output of 7 hp.
Fuelling is handled by a PZ19 carburettor, while the compact 3.5-litre fuel tank is fitted with a CNC vent valve.
Both electric and kick start are included as standard. The electric starter provides convenient push-button starting, while the kick starter offers a useful backup when required.
A 5Ah gel battery powers the electric starting system.
Bigger 14/12 Chassis
The MK110 runs a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheel combination, making it noticeably larger than the 10/10 and 12/10 models in the range.
Its 750mm seat height and 1130mm wheelbase provide more space for the rider, while the larger wheels improve stability and help the bike roll over bumps and uneven off-road terrain more comfortably.
Overall dimensions are approximately 1600 × 700 × 1030mm, giving the MK110 a more substantial riding position without moving all the way to a full-sized dirt bike.
Always consider the rider’s height, inside-leg measurement, experience and confidence when choosing a pit bike.
14/12-Inch Off-Road Wheels
The wheels use durable black steel rims with silver aluminium hubs and are fitted with off-road Yuangxing tyres.
- Front tyre: Yuangxing 60/100-14
- Rear tyre: Yuangxing 80/100-12
The larger-diameter front wheel helps the bike track more smoothly over rough ground, while the 12-inch rear balances stability with a manageable seat height.
Upgraded Inverted Suspension
The MK110 takes a significant step forward from the conventional telescopic suspension fitted to the smaller SK models.
At the front, it uses 43/45mm inverted forks measuring 680mm. This gives the bike a more substantial front end suited to its larger wheels and taller chassis.
Rear suspension with CNC-machined components works with the steel swingarm to complete the chassis setup.
This upgraded suspension arrangement helps the MK110 cope more confidently with typical off-road bumps and uneven ground.
Hydraulic Brakes and Folding Levers
Hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear provide the stopping power, giving the rider controlled and predictable braking performance.
The cockpit is equipped with polished folding control levers. Their folding design can help reduce the risk of lever damage during a minor fall or tip-over.
Stainless steel footpegs provide a secure platform when the rider is sitting or standing, while a steel engine bottom protector helps shield the underside of the engine during off-road use.
Drive and Routine Servicing
Drive to the rear wheel is handled by a heavy-duty 428H Choho chain, running a 15-tooth steel front sprocket and 41-tooth steel rear sprocket.
An hourmeter is fitted as standard, making it easier to monitor engine running time and keep track of routine maintenance intervals.
The bike is finished with a black frame, black steel handlebars, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust and distinctive 10TEN and JHLOFR graphics.

Who Is the MK110 For?
The MK110 is designed for riders who need more space than a compact 10/10 or 12/10 bike can provide but are not yet ready for a manual-clutch machine.
Its 750mm seat height, larger 14/12 wheels and upgraded inverted suspension make it a more substantial machine than the SK110, while its semi-automatic transmission keeps gear changes straightforward.
For a developing rider who wants to learn gears on a bigger chassis, the 10TEN JHL MK110 is a strong next-step pit bike.

Does the 10TEN MK110 have a clutch lever?
No. The MK110 uses a four-speed semi-automatic gearbox. The rider selects gears using the foot lever, but the clutch operates automatically.
Is the MK110 fully automatic?
No. The rider must select each gear using the foot-operated gear lever. It is the clutch operation that is automatic.
How big is the MK110?
The MK110 has a 750mm seat height, 1130mm wheelbase and overall dimensions of approximately 1600 × 700 × 1030mm.
What size wheels does it have?
It uses a 14-inch front wheel and a 12-inch rear wheel.
Does the MK110 have electric start?
Yes. Both electric and kick start are fitted as standard.
What is the difference between the SK110 and MK110?
Both use a 110cc four-stroke engine and semi-automatic gearbox. The MK110 has larger 14/12 wheels, a taller 750mm seat height, a longer wheelbase and upgraded inverted front suspension.
Is the MK110 suitable for beginners?
Its semi-automatic gearbox is easier to learn than a manual-clutch motorcycle. However, the MK110 is still a petrol-powered off-road bike and should only be used with suitable safety equipment and responsible adult supervision.
Is the MK110 road legal?
No. The 10TEN JHL MK110 is intended for off-road use on suitable private land with the landowner’s permission.
