My Take
The Revvi 12 is designed to work as a balance bike first, which is normally the best way for a child to develop balance and coordination naturally.
That said, every child develops differently. For a very young, nervous or less confident rider, stabilisers can be a useful stepping stone while they become comfortable sitting on the bike, steering and using the controls.
The full-face helmet means the main protective item is already included, while the stabilisers can be removed once the rider is ready to begin balancing independently.
If your child needs extra support and does not already own a suitable helmet, this is the Revvi 12 bundle I would choose.

It is typically most suitable for children aged approximately 2–5 years old and riders under approximately 105cm tall. However, height, inside-leg measurement, coordination and confidence are more important than age alone.

Important Stabiliser Usage Advice
The stabilisers must only be used with the bike in its lowest speed setting.
They are intended to provide balance support during slow, controlled and predominantly straight-line riding. They are not designed for higher-speed use, aggressive riding or fast cornering.
Using stabilisers at higher speeds or placing excessive sideways load through them may cause instability or damage.
Once the rider can steer and corner confidently at low speed, the stabilisers should be removed so they can begin developing independent balance and control.
Helmet Sizing Guide
For the best fit, measure around the widest part of the rider’s head and use the measurements below when selecting a helmet size.

Should Children Learn With or Without Stabilisers?
